I like the perspective

Interesting. The blur adds to the mood but may be a bit over-done. I'd crop a little from the bottom and also rotate to the clockwise a degree or two. I kinda reminds me of an HDR with the unusual colors.

I agree with Ms Michelle. A tiny bit less blur would make it a bit nicer in my opinion. The rotation... that I'm not sure... maybe... The colors remind and HDR.
Overall it's a nice shot!

I like it really much, with very little modification in cropping!

The quality of light in the shot looks very good, also the postwork help bring in further mood. The subjects being the brightest parts in the shot seem to anchor the shot as a whole.
Unfortunately some details in the whites still seems to have overexposed.
Both of the subjects seems to be falling off to the left, I would consider rotating the shot to balance atleast one of them with the vertical.

I like the way the lighting emphasizes the couple. Agree with dakoo and others that it needs to be rotated.

The richness of the colours look stunning in this shot. Because of the stark grey and white in the centre of the image surrounded by the colourful environment, it almost looks like that area of the path and the people were desaturated - but of course they were not. Very interesting shot.
